How Did The Fiberglass Make

The glass fiber is the abbreviation of Fiberglass. It is a kind of inorganic non -metallic 

material with excellent performance. Six types of ore with chloroplasts, quartz sand,

 limestone, white clouds, boron stone, and boron stone are used as raw materials. 

There are two main types of production processes made by the process and other 

processes such as the yarn and weaving:

1. Brushes

This is a two -forming method. First, the glass raw material is melted into glass balls, 

and then the glass ball is melted twice to make the glass fiber raw wire. This process 

has disadvantages such as high energy consumption, unstable molding process, and

 low labor production rate, which is basically eliminated by large glass fiber manufacturers.

2. Chi Kiln drawing method

The raw materials such as leaf stones are melted into glass solutions in the kiln. After the 

bubbles are excluded, it is transported to the porous leakage plate through the pathway, 

and the glass fiber is made of glass fiber. The kiln can be produced at the same time by

 connecting hundreds of leakage plates through multiple channels. This process is simple,

 energy conservation, consumption reduction, stable molding, high -efficiency and high yield, 

which is convenient for large -scale automated production. It is the main production process of glass fiber.
